Multiscale Material Design & Geometric Elasticity
Research Overview
I am interested in bio-inspired intelligent material design through multiscale computational method. By integrating quantum-to-continuum modeling frameworks—spanning electronic structure calculations, molecular dynamics, and discrete differential geometry—my aim is to decipher how nature encodes multifunctionality across hierarchical architectures. My current efforts focus on understanding the mechanism behind the natural phenomenon, particularly in the morphology regulated by geometric elasticity, and transforming these principles into programmable intelligent material.
